The Private College Education and Training Management Information System

The Private College Education and Training Management Information System (PCETMIS) is a unit record based information system of Private Colleges that are accredited by Umalusi and registered with the DHET to offer Report 191 programmes (commonly known as NATED or N-Programmes) or National Certificate Vocational (NC(V)) programmes. The system stores and maintains unit records of these Private Colleges and their campuses, programmes, subjects, staff, and students. The data content of PCETMIS is primarily maintained and supplied by Private Colleges. The Private Colleges create electronic data submission files in standard formats and transmit them to the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) to be loaded into PCETMIS
